3. Verify that kits have been activated and that the correct reagents (VER and Fluidics

reagents) have been added to the off-plate reagent block.

4. Add alcohol to the off-plate reagent block according to the off-plate reagent image in the

Reagents section.

Verify that there is room in the Rinse well for the liquid volume that will be expelled into

the well.

6. Click Run.

Auto Maint Tab

This tab contains routines to initialize, verify, and maintain the analyzer. It also provides

buttons for commonly used maintenance routines for the machine. Select from the following:

• System Initialization- Use this routine to initialize the system.

• Performance Verification- Use this routine with the Performance Verification Kit.

• Calibration/Verification- Use this routine with the Calibration Kit and a Performance

Verification Kit.
