This cannot be deleted or modified and runs by default. However, you can turn off this
routine or use a different routine. Luminex recommends cleaning the system with 0.1N
NaOH.
• Default Analysis Graph Axes - Either Log X Axis or Log Y.
• Batch Thresholds
• Detection enabled - Enable or disable low bead count detection.
• Well Count - When this number of consequetive wells acquire a bead count lower than
the number specified in the Total Bead Count box, the low bead count action is taken.
• Total Bead Count - The number of beads that must be counted per well for the well to
pass.
• Action - Select either Error (Stop), Warning (Pause), Warning (Log), or Run
Routine.The selected action is taken when the number of wells in the Well Count box
are run without reaching the number of beads in the Bead Count box.
• Cancel - Cancels changes.
• Save - Saves changes.
